Activity	1. Immobilized Recombinant Biotinylated Human CLDN6 Protein, His & AVI Tag (Nanodisc) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (2 μg/mL) can bind Anti-Human Claudin6 Antibody, Human IgG1, the EC50 is 2-6 ng/mL. 2. Loaded Recombinant Biotinylated Human CLDN6 Protein, His & AVI Tag (Nanodisc) on SA Biosensor, can bind Anti-CLDN6 antibody with an affinity constant of 1.43nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
